Laura + Noah // Palo Duro Canyon

And they say West Texas is just a bunch of flat lands, wind, and dirt...

Hidden just outside of Canyon, Texas, is Palo Duro Canyon which has rich colors of green trees, yucca plants, cactus, and red rock that only the good Lord can provide.

When Laura said that's where she and Noah wanted to take their engagement photos, I knew there was no way I could resist!

With just a little bit of that golden hour light and a super, lovey dovey couple, this session easily topped as one of my favorites!

Laura and Noah will be getting married this December at the BRIK Venue in Downtown Fort Worth, and I can NOT wait for their special day!

Kylie + Reece // Lubbock, TX

Kylie + Reece's wedding was one for the books!

It was a perfect, fall wedding with no detail gone amiss.

The flowers were beautiful, the cake was delicious (and gorgeous), the dress was pure perfection, the location was fit for West Texas, and the weather was fabulous.

More importantly though, two of the sweetest love birds began their forever on this fine day, and I can't believe I got be a part of it. This is by far one of the most rewarding parts of being a wedding photographer.

My favorite highlight of the day was the horse-drawn carriage Kylie + Reece left their ceremony in. The carriage has been a part of Kylie's family for years, and it is a tradition in their family to leave in the horse and carriage on their wedding day.

To Kylie + Reece, thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your special day! I wish many, many years of happiness and love!

Brianna // Texas Tech

There is only word to describe Brianna, and that is BEAUTIFUL, both inside and out!

As soon as we met, Brianna was such a kind person full of joy and personality. I knew that our session would be a lot of fun, and it sure was!

Her mom also tagged along, and we spent the evening taking photos, chatting, laughing and enjoying Brianna's last days as a Texas Tech student.

Senior session are always so much fun, and this one is a top contender as one of my favorite sessions ever!

Congratulations, Brianna!

Will + Jenny // Manitou Springs, CO

I have never seen such a wedding enveloped in so much love, happiness and family.

Will + Jenny had a gorgeous wedding hidden in the Colorado mountains just outside of Manitou Springs.

The day was perfect, everything was perfect, but most importantly two of the most special people began their forever on this day.

This will always, by far, be one of my most favorite weddings, and I am so thankful I got to be a part of their special day.

Emerson Kathryn // Newborn

A couple of weeks ago, I got to put my newborn photographer hat back on as I photographed sweet, little Emerson Kathryn, also known as Emmie Kate. At just 10 days old, she was one of the most precious babies I have ever seen and was such a joy to photograph.

My favorite part was her birth mark, which just so happens to be a heart on her chest (major heart eyes)!

Congratulations to Keith and Kristin on their first baby! She's a beauty.
